121. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
122. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
123. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
124. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
125. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
126. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
127. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
128. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
129. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
130. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
131. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
132. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
133. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
134. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
135. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
136. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
137. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
138. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
139. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
140. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
141. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
142. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
143. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
144. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
145. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
146. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
147. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
148. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
149. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
150. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
151. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
152. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
153. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
154. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
155. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
156. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
157. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
158. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
159. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
160. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
161. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
162. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
163. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
164. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
165. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
166. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
167. as of the date such litigation is filed.
168. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
169. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
170. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
171. meet the following conditions:
172. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
173. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
174. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
175. stating that You changed the files; and
176. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
177. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
178. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
179. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
180. the Derivative Works; and
181. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
182. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
183. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
184. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
185. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
186. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
187. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
188. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
189. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
190. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
191. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
192. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
193. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
194. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
195. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
196. as modifying the License.
197. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
198. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
199. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
200. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
201. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
202. the conditions stated in this License.
203. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
204. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
205. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
206. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
207. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
208. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
209. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
210. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
211. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
212. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
213. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
214. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
215. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
216. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
217. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
218. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
219. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
220. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
221. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
222. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
223. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
224. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
225. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
226. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
227. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
228. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
229. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
230. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
231. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
232. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
233. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
234. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
235. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
236. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
237. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
238. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
239. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
240. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
241. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
242. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
243. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

469. 1. Definitions.
470. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
471. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
472. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by

474. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
475. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
476. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
477. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
478. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or

481. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
482. exercising permissions granted by this License.
483. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
484. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
485. source, and configuration files.
486. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
487. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
488. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
489. and conversions to other media types.
490. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
491. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
492. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
493. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
494. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
495. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
496. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
497. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
498. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
499. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
500. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
501. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
502. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
503. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
504. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
505. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
506. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
507. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent

542. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
543. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
544. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
545. stating that You changed the files; and
546. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
547. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
548. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
549. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
550. the Derivative Works; and
551. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
552. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
553. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
554. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
555. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
556. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
557. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
558. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
559. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
560. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
561. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
562. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
563. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
564. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
565. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
566. as modifying the License.
567. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
568. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
569. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
570. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
571. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
572. the conditions stated in this License.
573. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
574. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
575. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
576. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
577. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
578. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
579. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
580. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
581. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
582. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
583. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
584. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
585. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
586. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
587. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
588. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
589. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
590. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
591. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
592. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
593. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
594. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
595. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
596. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
597. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
598. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
599. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
600. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
601. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
602. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
603. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
604. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
605. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
606. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
607. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
608. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
609. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
610. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
611. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
612. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
613. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

648. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
649. 1. Definitions.
650. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
651. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
652. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
653. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
654. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
655. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
656. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
657. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
658. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
659. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
660. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
661. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
662. exercising permissions granted by this License.
663. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
664. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
665. source, and configuration files.
666. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
667. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
668. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
669. and conversions to other media types.
670. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
671. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
672. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
673. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
674. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
675. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
676. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
677. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
678. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
679. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
680. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
681. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
682. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
683. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
684. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
685. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
686. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
687. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
688. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
689. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
690. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
691. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
692. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
693. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
694. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
695. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
696. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
697. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
698. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
699. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
700. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
701. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
702. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
703. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
704. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
705. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
706. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
707. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
708. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
709. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
710. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
711. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
712. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
713. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
714. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
715. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
716. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
717. as of the date such litigation is filed.
718. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
719. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
720. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
721. meet the following conditions:
722. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
723. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
724. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
725. stating that You changed the files; and
726. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
727. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
728. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
729. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
730. the Derivative Works; and
731. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
732. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
733. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
734. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
735. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
736. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
737. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
738. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
739. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
740. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
741. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
742. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
743. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
744. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
745. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
746. as modifying the License.
747. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
748. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
749. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
750. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
751. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
752. the conditions stated in this License.
753. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
754. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
755. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
756. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
757. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
758. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
759. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
760. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
761. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
762. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
763. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
764. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
765. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
766. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
767. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
768. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
769. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
770. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
771. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
772. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
773. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
774. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
775. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
776. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
777. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
778. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
779. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
780. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
781. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
782. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
783. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
784. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
785. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
786. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
787. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
788. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
789. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
790. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
791. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
792. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
793. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

973. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
974. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
975. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
976. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
977. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
978. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
979. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the

1038. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION
1039. 1. Definitions.
1040. "License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
1041. and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.
1042. "Licensor" shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
1043. the copyright owner that is granting the License.
1044. "Legal Entity" shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
1045. other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
1046. control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
1047. "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
1048. direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
1049. otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
1050. outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
1051. "You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
1052. exercising permissions granted by this License.
1053. "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
1054. including but not limited to software source code, documentation
1055. source, and configuration files.
1056. "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
1057. transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
1058. not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
1059. and conversions to other media types.
1060. "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
1061. Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
1062. copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
1063. (an example is provided in the Appendix below).
1064. "Derivative Works" shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
1065. form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
1066. editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
1067. represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
1068. of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
1069. separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
1070. the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
1071. "Contribution" shall mean any work of authorship, including
1072. the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
1073. to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
1074. submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
1075. or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
1076. the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, "submitted"
1077. means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
1078. to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
1079. communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
1080. and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
1081. Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
1082. excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
1083. designated in writing by the copyright owner as "Not a Contribution."
1084. "Contributor" shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
1085. on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
1086. subsequently incorporated within the Work.
1087. 2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1088. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1089. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1090. copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
1091. publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
1092. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1093. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1094. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1095. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1096. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
1097. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1098. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1099. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1100. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1101. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1102. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1103. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1104. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1105. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1106. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1107. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1108. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1109. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1110. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
1111. meet the following conditions:
1112. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1113. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1114. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1115. stating that You changed the files; and
1116. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1117. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1118. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1119. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
1120. the Derivative Works; and
1121. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1122. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1123. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1124. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1125. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1126. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1127. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1128. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1129. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1130. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1131. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1132. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1133. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1134. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1135. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
1136. as modifying the License.
1137. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1138. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1139. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1140. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1141. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1142. the conditions stated in this License.
1143. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1144. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1145. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1146. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1147. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1148. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1149. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1150. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1151. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1152. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1153. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1154. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1155. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1156. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1157. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or

1161. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
1162. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
1163. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1164. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1165. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1166. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1167. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1168. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1169. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1170. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1171. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1172. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1173. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1174. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1175. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1176. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1177. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1178. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only

1180. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,

1182. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
1183. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

1223. Comment from
1224. <a href="http://iphonedevwiki.net/index.php/Crack_prevention">iPhone Dev Wiki
1225. Crack Prevention</a>: App Store binaries are signed by both their developer
1226. and Apple. This encrypts the binary so that decryption keys are needed in order
1227. to make the binary readable. When iOS executes the binary, the decryption keys
1228. are used to decrypt the binary into a readable state where it is then loaded
1229. into memory and executed. iOS can tell the encryption status of a binary via the
1230. cryptid structure member of LC_ENCRYPTION_INFO MachO load command. If cryptid is
1231. a non-zero value then the binary is encrypted.
1232. 'Cracking' works by letting the kernel decrypt the binary then siphoning the
1233. decrypted data into a new binary file, resigning, and repackaging. This will
1234. only work on jailbroken devices as codesignature validation has been removed.
1235. Resigning takes place because while the codesignature doesn't have to be valid
1236. thanks to the jailbreak, it does have to be in place unless you have AppSync or
1237. similar to disable codesignature checks.

1368. Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.
1369. 3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
1370. this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
1371. worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
1372. (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
1373. use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
1374. where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
1375. by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
1376. Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
1377. with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
1378. institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
1379. cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
1380. or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
1381. or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
1382. granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
1383. as of the date such litigation is filed.
1384. 4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
1385. Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
1386. modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
1387. meet the following conditions:
1388. (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
1389. Derivative Works a copy of this License; and
1390. (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
1391. stating that You changed the files; and
1392. (c) You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
1393. that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
1394. attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
1395. excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
1396. the Derivative Works; and
1397. (d) If the Work includes a "NOTICE" text file as part of its
1398. distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
1399. include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
1400. within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
1401. pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
1402. of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
1403. as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
1404. documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
1405. within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
1406. wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
1407. of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
1408. do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
1409. notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
1410. or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
1411. that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
1412. as modifying the License.
1413. You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
1414. may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
1415. for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
1416. for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
1417. reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
1418. the conditions stated in this License.
1419. 5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
1420. any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
1421. by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
1422. this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
1423. Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
1424. the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
1425. with Licensor regarding such Contributions.
1426. 6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
1427. names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
1428. except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
1429. origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.
1430. 7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
1431. agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
1432. Contributor provides its Contributions) on an "AS IS" BASIS,
1433. WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
1434. implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
1435. of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
1436. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
1437. appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
1438. risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.
1439. 8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
1440. whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
1441. unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
1442. negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
1443. liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
1444. incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
1445. result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
1446. Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
1447. work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
1448. other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
1449. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
1450. 9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
1451. the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
1452. and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
1453. or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
1454. License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
1455. on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
1456. of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
1457. defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
1458. incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
1459. of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.
